Bio

Christopher Cristallo, CFP® helps employers build and manage retirement plans that work for both the organization and its employees. He joined the firm in 2019 after working at a large employee benefits firm and has spent his career helping plan sponsors navigate the responsibilities and decisions that come with offering a retirement plan. 

Christopher works with sponsors of defined contribution and defined benefit plans, providing guidance on plan management, fiduciary oversight, and participant retirement outcomes. He understands that managing a retirement plan is important, but it is rarely a plan sponsor’s only responsibility. His role is to bring clarity to the process, identify areas of concern, and help employers make informed decisions so they can remain focused on running and growing their businesses. 

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Christopher combines retirement plan experience with a broader understanding of financial markets, investments, and the economic factors that can affect plan performance. He is known for his attention to detail, straightforward communication style, and ability to make complex topics easier to understand. 

Christopher earned his Master of Business Administration from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics. He was also a member of Sacred Heart University’s NCAA Division I wrestling team, an experience that helped shape the discipline, preparation, and persistence he brings to his work today. 

Originally from New York, Christopher now lives in Atlanta with his two sons, Luke and Grant, and is a parishioner at St. Ann’s Church in Marietta. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, weightlifting, and reading about history.
