Jeff joined Benedetti, Gucer, & Associates in 2022 as the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff built a diverse array of experience within the financial markets industry, including as a bank examiner, institutional equity research analyst, and as the Chief Investment Officer for a large Ameriprise Private Wealth practice. Jeff considers diversification essential; holding a collection of assets whose performance varies at different times is the hallmark of an efficient portfolio. Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys hiking with his girlfriend, Sam, and their dogs.

Jeff joined Benedetti, Gucer, & Associates in 2022 as the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff built a diverse array of experience within the financial markets industry, including as a bank examiner, institutional equity research analyst, and as the Chief Investment Officer for a large Ameriprise Private Wealth practice. Jeff’s passion for investment management began at a young age, and he wasted no time honing his expertise. Jeff graduated summa cum laude from Arkansas State University with a double major in finance and economics, accumulating several accolades along the way.  Jeff is a CFA charterholder and CAIA charterholder.

Jeff’s uses a prudent approach to investment management. He builds portfolios from a risk management perspective, helping avoid large drawdowns in asset prices. Jeff’s background in economics allows him to identify macroeconomic risks in a timely manner, helping guide the asset allocation decision. Jeff considers diversification essential; holding a collection of assets whose performance varies at different times is the hallmark of an efficient portfolio. Jeff’s process has led to superior risk-adjusted returns through complete market cycles.

Jeff lives near downtown Columbus with his dog, Draco. On the weekends, you can find Jeff exploring hiking trails around the Columbus area with his girlfriend Sam, her dog Zeppelin, and Draco. Jeff is a big sports fan and frequents Columbus Blue Jackets hockey games. Jeff plays tennis regularly and is an avid snowboarder.
